18’s- Players Graduation year of 2022 & 2023
16’s- Players Graduation year of 2024 & 2025
14’s- Players Graduation year of 2026 & 2027
12’s -Players Graduation year of 2028 & 2029 & 2030
Qualification
Individual Pairs Event
Teams are selected by their club director. Each beach club will select their top team. If a player graduated High School in the fall and went to college in the spring, she can NOT participate in the BVCA National Championships as a junior player.
Club vs Club Challenge Event
Teams qualified based on ranking points. See Guidelines
Open Division 5v5 Club v Club-16 Clubs
- Top 14 clubs qualify based on rankings and 2 wild cards
Open Division “Tier 2” 3v3 Club v Club- 8 Clubs
- Clubs with 2nd teams that qualify based on rankings in the open division

- 9:30 – 2 v 3
- 10:30– Loser of Game 1 vs Loser of Game 2
- 11:30– Winner of Game 1 vs Winner of Game 2
Wave 2: 12:00 18’s Check in (FIVB) Pools of 4

Saturday, July 16th
- The winner of each pool will go into a pool of 3 to decide seeding into the Gold Bracket.
- The last place team of each pool will go into a pool of 3 to decide seeding into the bronze bracket.
- The 2nd, and 3rd place teams will go into a pool of 3. The winner of the pool will advance into the 70 team Gold, the 2nd and 3rd place goes to 56 team Silver, 42-team bronze bracket.
- Games will be played to 21 in seeding round

Monday, July 18th
- The winner of each pool will go into a pool of 3 to decide seeding into the Gold Bracket.
- The last place team of each pool will go into a pool of 3 to decide seeding into the bronze bracket.
- In 12’s, the 2nd and 3rd place teams will go into a pool of 3. The winner of the pool will advance into the 30-team Gold, 2nd and 3rd place teams into 15-team Silver, 15-team bronze bracket.
- In 14’s, the 2nd, and 3rd place teams will go into a pool of 3. The winner of the pool will advance into the 60-team Gold, 2nd and 3rd place teams into 48-team Silver, 36-team bronze bracket.
- Games will be played to 21 in seeding round

NOTICE: The BVCA reserves the right to refuse registration or participation to any beach club or individual at any BVCA sanctioned event.
We hold our events and participants to the highest standards of integrity and have set guidelines to be followed by participants and clubs.
If a BVCA event has already started and a beach club participant and/or beach club has not followed or untruthfully agreed to any of the guidelines, we hold the right to disqualify the team and/or payer and not award any points to their club. Disqualified participants will not receive a refund.
Additionally, the BVCA reserves the right to suspend participants and/or beach clubs from participating in any future BVCA events.
